Indaba: interactive meeting and inspiration zone - call for contributions from delegates
The Indaba is a new and exciting concept at the WCPT congress – inspired by the tradition of gatherings and meetings in South Africa.

A meeting and inspiration zone, this dedicated area in the exhibition hall will host a variety of sessions, all designed to facilitate networking, sharing and learning. Delegates may wander in and out of the Indaba space at any time, or gather on the perimeter, to listen to what is happening. This networking space is more informal than the other conference rooms and aims to break down language barriers and the distinction between ‘speaker’ and ‘delegate’. The programming of this area will allow for some late topics prompted by delegates and support sessions in different languages.

If you are attending congress and would like to submit ideas to create and lead sessions in the area, this is your opportunity.
  • Got a problem to solve? Let the global community help you find a solution.
  • Had a lightbulb moment that changed your practice? Share your story.
  • More comfortable talking about a topic in your own language? Share your points of view.
To submit an idea for the Indaba zone go to: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HDXHFHF and submit your ideas by Friday 2nd June
Find out more about the Indaba zone at: www.wcpt.org/wcpt2017/indaba
